Can councelling help me?

Communicating with a trained listener who is outside of your life can alleviate your suffering.

  • There for everyone else and realise it's time to focus on your needs.
  • Having past hurts or a life transition to get through.
  • In a dilemma or want an objective point of view.
  • Working on physical wellness and recognise you need to address what's going on, in your heart and head, to get even healthier.
  • In need of maintenance sessions after completing a course of therapy.
  • Feeling invisible in your relationship or like family just doesn't get you.
  • Having concerns too intimate to discuss with friends.
  • Already tried sorting things out but the problem is still there...

Telephone Counselling Fees and Instructions

Choose whether you would like a single session or discount package, we have telephone consultations from £40

Submit brief details of what you wish to talk about in your session. This could be up to a couple of sentences about your area of concern, as well as the type and duration of support needed. Please include your telephone number, a wide range of your day to day availability and your preferred dates/time range for your session. The wider the better.

You'll be contacted by your Counsellor via email, as soon as possible, to confirm the time to speak or alternative availability will be provided for you to choose from.

Your Counsellor will call you at the agreed date and time. We believe in strengthening the counselling bond, you will be supported by the same Counsellor throughout your time with us.

This will also save you from having to repeat your story. Telephone sessions are 45 minutes long.

How many Telephone Counselling sessions should I book?
According to therapeutic guidelines and good practice, Telephone Counselling is most beneficial with a minimum of 8 - 16 sessions. However, some clients may require mid term support which lasts for 4 months - 1 year, or long term psychotherapeutic support for up to 2 years.

Safety advice:
Counsellors do not provide medical diagnoses or treatments – although we can certainly discuss issues related to these. Many people find talking therapy preferable to taking medication. However, if you are taking medication (or are physically dependent on a substance) please consult a medical professional before reducing your intake. Withdrawal effects can range from unpleasant to dangerous.

If you need urgent medical advice you can access the NHS online or call on 111 (24 hours).
